The new post of Director Monitoring & Evaluation has been announced by the Local Government & Community Development Department Lahore.  Further, the Punjab Intermediate Cities Improvement Investment Program is a 06 years program initiative of Govt. of Punjab to improve the quality of life of the residents in the intermediate cities of Punjab with the technical and financial assistance of the Asian Development Bank (ADB.). Furthermore, it will transform the intermediate cities into urban centers that are more efficient, accountable, and serve as an engine of economic growth and sustainable development. Also, This program will be executed by the Local Government and Community Development Department (LG&CDD) Government of Punjab through the provincial level Program Management Unit (PMU) and at city level City Implementation Units (CIUs) established at program cities under Municipal Corporations of Sialkot and Sahiwal, Punjab.

Qualifications Y Experience

  • Firstly, Masters in Civil/Electrical/Environmental Engineering.
  • Secondly, 8 years of relevant experience in the private/public sector.
  • Thirdly, the experience of working on infrastructure-related projects with International Donor Agencies like USAID, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, and DFID will be preferred.

  • Firstly, applicants should write the name of the post on the right side of the envelope/registry.
  • The department will not grant/allow any daily and traveling allowances for appearing in the test or the interview.
  • Initially, the department will make the appointments the appointments on the basis of the contract. However, the department will further extend the jobs on the basis of satisfactory performance by the official/officer.
  • Also, candidates must bring all the relevant educational testimonials, etc. at the time of the interview.
  • More so, the candidates, who are already in government servant, should apply through proper channel. As the No Objection Certificate NOC will be checked/examined at the time of the interview.
