To support our business growth, we are currently hiring:
Executive Enqineer QA/QC & EH & S -Department
Key Resoonsibilities:
- Knowledge of samples preparation for salt spray test, hardness test, tensile test and optical emission spectroscopy test.
- Carry out the hardness, tensile, cupping and bend tests with reproducible test results and methods as per specified frequency and giving immediate feedback to shop floor.
- Sampling and testingshould be known as per specified test methods or international standards.
- Carry out brightness test at color meter for Electrolytic CleaningLine (ECL).
- Carry out calibration of testingmachines as per specified frequency.
- Update all testing records and ensure that the records are easily retrievable.
- Regularly check and inform about instrument's condition and availability of spares.
- Assist senior (Testing) in coordination and documentation Of testing carried out externally.
- Person should be energetic to cater the responsibility Of CR and GI With testing and sampling requirementon timely customer deliveries.
- Person should have background oflSO 9001 alongwith data analysis and documentation.
- Person should have experience of ISO audit or other quality audits performed by external orthird party.
We need
- Education & Experience: BE (Metallurgy) with 02 years of relavent experience.
- Preferably from manufacturing background.
